**Core Competencies / Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and client communication tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Client-oriented mindset with follow-up discipline.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
- Call and follow up on leads shared by the sales team.
- Schedule meetings with architects and key decision-makers.
- Track and follow up on product samples, quotations, and feedback.
- Send broadcast messages to clients regarding new products, offers, or updates.
- Support client onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
