**Role Description**

This is a full-time onsite role for a Finance Executive located in Vasai Virar. The Finance Executive will be responsible for financial statements, financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. They will also handle goods and services tax (GST) compliance and provide finance-related guidance and support.

1. **Developing and Implementing Financial Plans and Budgets**:
Set financial goals and create detailed plans to achieve those goals.

Establish budgeting processes and systems to track and monitor financial performance.

2. **Overseeing the Preparation of Financial Statements and Reports**:
a) Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow

statements.

b)Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

3. **Analyzing Financial Data**:
Use financial software and tools to analyze data, identify trends, and inform decision-making.

4. **Developing and Implementing Financial Policies and Procedures**:
Establish consistent and compliant financial policies and procedures for transactions and activities.

5. **Vendor Payment Management, Customer Receivable Management, and Compliance**:
As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- **Vendor Payment Management**:

- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payments.
- Verify invoices, reconcile accounts, and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor transactions.
- **Customer Receivable Management**:

- Monitor customer accounts receivable.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Implement strategies to reduce overdue receivables.
- **Generating eBRC (Electronic Bank Realization Certificate)**:

- Prepare and submit eBRCs for export transactions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to foreign exchange.
- **Coordinating with Customs**:

- Collaborate with customs authorities for import and export documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documents.
- **Timely Refund of GST (Goods and Services Tax)**:

- Process GST refund claims promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of finance
- Experience in preparing financial statements and financial reporting
- Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

- Experience in international finance and trade
- Knowledge of global financial regulations and standards
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
