Are you a Finance executive who is detail oriented and adept at analytical assessment? We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage our financial operations, ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Financial Operations**: Manage day-to-day financial activities including bookkeeping, invoicing, collection of receivables and expense tracking. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- ** Financial Reporting**: Prepare and maintain financial statements and monthly MIS reports to support decision-making.
- ** Tax Compliance**: Manage GST returns and payments, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Handle TDS compliance and ensure accurate reporting in alignment with statutory requirements.
- ** Budget Monitoring**: Monitor project budgets, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights for forecast adjustments and financial control.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and taxation laws. Collaborate with our accountants and financial advisors to maintain compliance.
- ** Vendor Management**: Oversee the vendor registration process and maintain robust vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and manage timely payments.
- Have a degree in Finance/Accounts/ Commerce with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting is required.
- Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Have integrity, honesty and team work as key attributes
- Are tech savvy and are comfortable with platforms like Zoho and Razorpay
- Have good communication skills for effective interactions with vendors, customers, and internal teams
