**Job Summary**

We are hiring Finance Executives for one of India’s top leading banks in Mumbai. This role is open to **fresh graduates** who want to start their career in banking and finance.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day financial operations including account management and reporting.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Provide support for customer banking requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and visit client locations when required.

**Qualifications**
- Open to **fresh graduates**.
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license **mandatory**.
- Age limit: Up to 35 years.
- Graduation completed with all semester mark sheets (hard copy).

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Package**: ₹2.08 LPA (CTC)
- **Gross Salary**: ₹17,600/
- **Net Salary**: ₹14,000/
- **Incentives**: Performance-based, up to **₹1,00,000 annually**:

- 60% desk job in the bank, with occasional client visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹17,400.00 per month
