- **Budgeting & Planning**: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, and monitor performance against established goals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and relevant tax and statutory regulations, including assisting with tax filings and audits.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow effectively.
- **Financial Guidance**: Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments and senior management.
- **Risk Management**: Manage financial risks and identify potential financial opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other departments to align financial activities with overall business objectives and support sales and marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related business field is typically required.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a finance or related role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
