**Key Responsibilities: Payment & Banking Operations**:

- **Manage All Payment-Related Work**:

- Oversee and process all company-related payments and ensure timely settlement of dues.
- Maintain records of all payments made and ensure accuracy in entries.
- Reconcile bank statements for the company accounts.
- **Bank Transactions for Director’s Personal Account**:

- Record all bank transactions for the **Director's personal accounts** in the company’s financial system.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling personal account data.
- **Sundry Debtors & Creditors Management**:

- Maintain an updated and accurate list of **outstanding sundry creditors and expenses**.
- Prepare and review regular reports on outstanding amounts to ensure timely follow-up and payments.
- **Journal Entries for Director’s Credit Cards**:

- Record **journal entries for all credit card transactions** of the directors in **Tally**.
- Reconcile and ensure that all credit card payments are accounted for and updated in financial records.

**Sales and Financial Reporting**:

- **Sales Executive Daily Sales Report (DSR) Entry**:

- Enter **Sales Executive DSR data** into the accounting system.
- Monitor sales trends and assist in generating reports for review.
- **Preparation of Outstanding Payment List**:

- Prepare a comprehensive list of **outstanding payments** and ensure it is updated regularly.
- Work with the finance team to track and follow up on overdue payments.

**Miscellaneous Responsibilities**:

- **Visa-Related Work for Directors**:

- Handle and manage all **visa-related processes for directors**, including document preparation, tracking, and submission to relevant authorities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role, preferably with experience in Tally or other accounting software.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **Tally ERP** or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of **banking transactions, journal entries**, and **accounts payable/receivable**.
- Knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** for financial reporting.
- **Communication**: Good written and verbal communication skills to liaise with bank officials, directors, and vendors.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in entering data and reconciling financial information.
