**Job Title: Accounts Executive**

**Location: : Chichpada Vasai, Maharashtra, India**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.**:

- **Prepare and process a variety of accounting entries, including but not limited to**:

- **Purchase entries**:

- **Sales entries**:

- **Bank entries**:

- **Journal adjustments**:

- **Expense entries**:

- **Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.**:

- **Prepare and handle GST data preparation, including collation, reconciliation, and accurate checking of all relevant data.**:

- **Ensure timely and accurate GST filing.**:

- **Perform TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) working, including calculation and deduction as per statutory requirements.**:

- **Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and on time.**:

- **Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.**:

- **Prepare financial reports as required.**:

- **Liaise with auditors and tax consultants as needed.**:

- **Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.**:

- **Other accounting duties as assigned.**

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.**:

- **Proven work experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.**:

- **Mandatory proficiency in Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9.**:

- **In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.**:

- **Well-versed with accounting entries such as purchase, sales, bank, and adjustment entries.**:

- **Strong understanding of GST regulations, data preparation, reconciliation, checking, and filing procedures.**:

- **Solid knowledge of TDS working and filing processes.**:

- **Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **High level of accuracy and attention to detail.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.**
