**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with dealers for service-related queries.
- Prepare and upload estimations in the system.
- Track courier shipments and share docket/tracking details with dealers or BDMs.
- Maintain weekly service TAT (Turnaround Time) records.
- Manage materials in the lab and ensure availability of required equipment and consumables.
- Maintain purchase records and vendor contacts.
- Place purchase orders for required materials, equipment, or customized hearing aids as per party challans and instructions.
- Coordinate customized and production hearing aid orders, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery.
- Provide direct support to dealers for service-related issues.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage data, track orders, and prepare reports.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
**Educational & Experience Requirements**
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a business/commerce background).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer care, sales coordination, or service support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
