**Location**: Kolkata (Part-time / Flexible Hours)
**Compensation**: ₹1 per dialled call + ₹2 per successful interview
**Type**: Remote / Field-based (use your own phone, we provide the call sheet)

**About Proffer**

Proffer is conducting a **national research project** studying parents’ perceptions, priorities, and challenges around **early childhood education and preschool curriculums**. The insights will shape the next-generation learning ecosystem in India.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **detail-oriented and persuasive telecall executive** to conduct structured market research calls with parents across India.
This is not a sales role — your goal is to have real, meaningful conversations and collect honest opinions.

**Responsibilities**
- Make 300-350 outbound calls per day from the list provided.
- Conduct short 3-5 minute conversations with parents using our structured question guide.
- Record key insights clearly in Google Sheets.
- Ensure conversation quality — politeness, warmth, and natural flow are essential.
- Record calls (where possible) for audit and insight verification.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Hindi and English (knowledge of Regional language is a plus).
- Confident speaker with good listening and note-taking ability.
- Expert at coldcalling
- Smartphone with call-recording capability.
- Basic Google Sheets knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling, surveys, or education-related work is an advantage.
