**We are hiring for our client - Opkey.
- **Enable customers in Opkey product adoption for their ERP test automation projects. via online training sessions and workshops.**:

- Preferred functional Knowledge of Oracle Fusion / EBS / SAP /Sales Force /MSD / Any other ERP
- Interacts with learners and helps them understand the product features, usage, or domain knowledge.
- Works with the product team to ensure knowledge of new features and update content, assignment and workbooks as required.
- Responsible for training logistics, reports and measure effectiveness
- Instructs participants in classroom lectures and follows up to determine the applicability of the sessions.
- Works with Project manager, and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding for customers.
- Contributes to content creation for online course creation
- **On-Site Opportunities for product training in the future**:

- **Position would require to work on EST time-zone.**:

**Skills Required For The Role**
- **3+ years **of experience in delivering technical training sessions for a global audience on ERP(Preferred Oracle EBS/Fusion)
- **Preferred functional Knowledge of Oracle Fusion / EBS / SAP /Sales Force /MSD / Any other ERP**:

- Excellent ability to explain and convey complex technical topics in an easy-to-absorb way.
- Experience creating interactive and engaging training content.
- Experienced with instructional design techniques based on adult learning standards.
- Have sound knowledge of learning theories such as adult learning principles.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results Experience in test automation or manual testing is a plus
