**Position Overview**:
Job Summary:
As a Product Trainer at Baoiam, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the training and development of employees on our products and services. This position involves creating and delivering engaging training programs, collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate content, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.

**Responsibilities:
*Design, develop, and update comprehensive training programs for Baoiam's products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.

*Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees, ensuring they have a deep understanding of Baoiam's product offerings.

*Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and other resources to support various learning styles and preferences.

*Implement assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making improvements as necessary.

*Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, providing comprehensive product training to integrate them seamlessly into their roles.

*Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to enhance training programs and keep employees up-to-date.

Training Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training documentation, ensuring easy access for employees and future reference.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Product Trainer or in a similar training role.

In-depth knowledge of Baoiam's products and services.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

**Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Previous experience in product training or a related role.

Any relevant certifications in training and development would be a plus.
