Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a professional and timely

manner.

2. Communicate effectively English to ensure clear understanding of

customer needs.

3. Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and resolution
- oriented approach.

4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve service

quality.

6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate

information to customers.

Qualifications: Any Graduate, Excellent communication in English.

**Required Skills**:
1. Proficiency in English.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mind-set.

4. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet performance targets.

5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus. (Medical Billing

exp. is most preferable)

**Job Type**: Permanent Work from Home

Experiences: Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Shift Timing: 7 PM-4.00AM (Flexible in all shifts preferable)

Working Days
- Monday to Friday

Working Hours: Total 9 Hours (8 hours working+ 1 hours Breaks)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
