**Customer Care Executive**

- Research and identify target industries, markets, and potential clients and generate Leads.
- Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities and maintain a database of prospects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Present the company’s services to clients, highlighting their value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions to clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, including sales forecast.
- Prepare and review contracts, proposals, and quotations in collaboration with Sales Manager
- Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and provide guidance when needed.
- Contribute to promote the company's services and products.
- Perform Customer feedback survey

Skilled Required:

- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
- Fluent English is must.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.

Previous experience in Lead generation is must
- Experience with sales industry software like client relationship management (CRM) systems, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience require

**Timings - 08 PM to 4AM**

**Remote Job: Work from Home ( must have internet speed of 40 mbps, laptop or PC, headphones and quite environment )**

- ₹15,000 - ₹30,000
