**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **genuine Maruti Suzuki accessories** to customers.
- Maximize per-car accessory sales as per **Balanced Scorecard (BSC) & NSC targets**.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable accessories to enhance their vehicle experience.
- Maintain stock levels based on sales trends and **ensure timely replenishment**.
- Achieve **sales targets & incentives** set by the dealership and Maruti Suzuki.
