**Role : MIS Executive (non-IT)**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **MIS Executive** to support and monitor every stage of the production process — from raw materials to finished goods dispatch. The role involves coordination with various departments, maintaining data, and ensuring smooth production flow through regular follow-ups and data tracking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a point of contact between the Production, Purchase, Merchant, QC teams, Factory Manager, Directors, and IT Department.
- Schedule and conduct daily morning meetings to discuss production flow and progress.
- Follow up on each stage of production — from procurement of raw materials to final dispatch.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of production-related issues.
- Maintain and regularly update Google Sheets and Excel dashboards to track production status.
- Use Pivot Tables, filters, and formulas to manage and analyze large datasets.
- Track and follow up on pending tasks with various teams.
- Prepare and maintain checklists to ensure all activities are completed as per schedule.
- Generate and share MIS reports with management on a daily/weekly basis.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in **Advanced Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.)
- Experience working with **Google Sheets**
- Educational background in Commerce (B.Com).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
