We are looking for a MIS Operations Executive who will assist the day-to-day preparation of the MIS and reports, collaborating with various teams to ensure data accuracy, system reliability and effective utilization.

This role requires strong understanding of MIS and report preparation, coordination skills and the ability to work closely with cross functional stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

2-3 years previous experience in a similar role ideally involving MIS and data management.

Familiarity with data recording, analysis and reporting tools.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional environment.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Experience intools such as SQL, Power BI is an added advantage.

Responsibilities Collect, validate and maintain data from various sources. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management.

Maintain and update databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Design and implement data storage solutions for efficient data retrieval.

Identify opportunities for process automation and streamlining. Prepare clear and concise reports, charts and graphs for management. Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure data security and compliance requirements.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
