Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales for cable ties, panel accessories, and electrical products across the Pune region.
- Identify and build strong relationships with panel builders and OEMs to expand business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay updated with market trends.
- Manage sales calls, presentations, and meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: 2-3 years in sales, particularly in electrical products, panel accessories, or related fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential.
- Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler to facilitate field sales within the Pune region.

Key Attributes:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Existing network with panel builders and OEMs is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,393.40 - ₹20,000.00 per month
