**Job Title**: Car Accessories Fitment Technician

**Department**: After Sales / Workshop
**Location**: P-67, Plot No, KSB Chowk, near Bhola Hotel, D-II Block, MIDC, Area, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411019
**Reporting To**: Sales Head

**Job Summary**:
The Accessory Fitter is responsible for installing and fitting various accessories in and on vehicles as per customer requirements and manufacturer specifications. The role demands attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and sound technical knowledge of modern automotive accessory systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install vehicle accessories including interior, exterior, infotainment, and safety/security systems.
- Fit accessories such as seat covers, floor mats, sun films, roof rails, parking sensors, reverse cameras, music systems, LED lights, body kits, etc.
- Ensure proper wiring and integration of electronic accessories (e.g., infotainment systems, GPS, rear cameras).
- Follow standard installation procedures to avoid damage to the vehicle or accessory.
- Diagnose and resolve accessory-related issues and ensure all functions operate correctly.
- Coordinate with sales/service advisors to understand customer-specific accessory fitment requirements.
- Keep accurate records of accessories fitted and report any issues or damages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fitment area.
- Ensure compliance with OEM fitment guidelines and safety protocols.
- Assist in accessory inventory checking and stock updating if required.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Good understanding of vehicle accessory systems (electrical and mechanical).
- Ability to read installation manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Manual dexterity and physical fitness.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Minimum: ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years in vehicle accessory fitment (preferred, but freshers with technical knowledge may also apply).

**Working Conditions**:

- Workshop/Service Center environment.
- May require occasional outdoor work (e.g., showroom deliveries, on-site fitments).
- Use of hand tools, diagnostic devices, and electrical equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
