- Overseeing the daily operations of the business, including sales, customer service, and merchandising.
- Developing and implementing operational procedures.
- Managing budgets and expenses.
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and appealing retail environment.
- **Marketing & Promotion**:

- Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote accessories.
- Managing social media and online presence.
- Participating in trade shows and industry events.
- **Other**:

- Vendor management and relationship building.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases.
- Training and development of sales staff.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹10,097.53 - ₹30,000.00 per month
