We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take the wheel and drive our marketing engine forward — both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Marketing & Sales Funnel: Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales conversions across all platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Handle 100kmph's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), maintain brand tone, engage with community, and grow our digital presence.
  • Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) for maximum ROI.
  • Content & Campaign Strategy: Ideate, plan, and execute creative content campaigns that align with brand goals — from reels and posts to product launches.
  • Influencer Coordination: Identify, connect, and manage collaborations with relevant influencers, content creators, and brand partners.
  • Offline Marketing & Events: Plan and execute garage sales, brand pop-ups, and other offline brand activations.
  • Customer Interaction & Feedback: Talk to customers, understand their experience, gather feedback, and translate insights into marketing actions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics, track campaign performance, and prepare actionable reports for decision-making.

What We're Looking For
