**About the Role**

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a **strong foundation in Google Ads, Facebook Ads**, and SEO. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing result-oriented campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and optimizing marketing strategies to maximize ROI. **If you're passionate about paid ads and organic search and have hands-on experience in managing campaigns**, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Plan, execute and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video and Meta platforms)**:

- Implement **AI-driven strategies** to improve ad targeting, bidding, and personalization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; optimize bidding, creatives and targeting to improve ROI
- Conduct keyword research and implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic visibility
- Regularly audit websites for technical SEO issues and recommend improvements
- Track KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports using Google Analytics, Search Console and Meta Business Suite
- Collaborate with content writers and designers to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates and algorithm changes in paid media and SEO

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads** and SEO
- Proven track record of successfully running and optimizing paid campaigns
- **Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager**, Google Analytics and Search Console
- Familiarity with **AI-powered marketing tools** for automation, analytics, or content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
