About the role:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Optimize campaigns for deliverability, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- LinkedIn Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and measure Account-Based Marketing campaigns on LinkedIn to engage key accounts and generate quality leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts, create personalized content, and deliver campaigns effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize messaging and targeting based on data insights, and report on campaign results to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies using LinkedIn messaging to connect with potential leads and initiate conversations.
- Work with content to craft personalized messages that resonate with target audiences, focusing on their pain points and offering solutions.
- Continuously test and iterate messaging approaches to improve response rates and engagement.
- Funnel Ownership:
- Take ownership of the marketing and sales funnel, ensuring seamless lead flow and progression from initial contact to closed deals.
- Implement lead scoring and nurturing strategies to identify and prioritize high-value prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, track lead-to-customer conversion rates, and optimize funnel performance.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand generation activities.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and overall marketing ROI.
- Identify trends and patterns in data, make data-driven recommendations, and iterate on strategies to achieve better results.
- Coordination with Content and Sales:
- Work closely with the content team to develop compelling and relevant marketing collateral, such as landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales enablement needs and provide the necessary support for effective lead conversion.
**Job Requirement**
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in demand generation, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS industry.
- Good understanding of marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and generating reports using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with sales, content, and other stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
