**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce our services to potential clients over the phone.
- Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of services to clients.
- Answer questions about services and address any concerns or objections.
- Persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment.
- Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Follow up with leads that require additional information or nurturing.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling,sales or freshers also can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and persuade customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based in kakkanad.
- Training will be provided to familiarize the Telecalling Executive with our services and sales techniques.
- Compensation will include a base salary plus incentives based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
