**Telecalling Executive - Construction Sales (Malayalam Speaking)**

**Location**: Kochi, Kerala
**Industry**: Construction / Real Estate
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years in telecalling or inside sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or B2B sales
**Language Requirement**: Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our construction services.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure high conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in telecalling or inside sales; experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Workstream

- Knowledge of the local construction market and client base in Kerala.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
