
Telecaller Executive

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers with the objective of generating leads, setting appointments, selling products/services, or conducting surveys. You will be required to effectively communicate product information, answer queries, and address customer concerns to promote a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Your role will involve collaborating with team members and adhering to performance targets and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
Introduce products/services to customers and explain their features and benefits.
Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and address their inquiries.
Provide accurate information about products/services and pricing to persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
Follow scripts and guidelines during calls to maintain consistency and achieve desired outcomes.
Handle objections and concerns effectively to maintain customer interest and trust.
Record details of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions accurately in the CRM database.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure timely responses and maximize conversion rates.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate follow-up activities and campaigns.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.
Continuously update knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance performance.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and share best practices.
Provide feedback to supervisors regarding customer insights, market trends, and process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in sales or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Fluency in multiple languages (if applicable) may be an advantage.
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
