Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication and Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, responding to inquiries and understanding their needs.
Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients by providing timely support and updates on ongoing projects.
Representation and Brand Building
Present the company professionally in a global marketplace, representing the company’s values and capabilities.
Commitment to Accuracy and Integrity
Follow established communication guidelines, providing clients with precise information without making false commitments.
Uphold transparency and integrity in all client interactions, building trust and credibility with the company’s international clientele.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Any graduate.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and comprehension).
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for office-based computer work.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and collaborate with internal teams.
Additional Information:
This is an on-site, office-based role.
This position involves no lead generation or direct sales tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
