- **Prior experience** as a relationship executive, or One Should be Open Ready to Learn

**Responsibilities**:

- **Building and maintaining positive relationships** with clients.
- **Identifying client needs** and overseeing service delivery.
- **Communicating with clients** to understand their requirements.
- **Resolving client complaints** quickly and efficiently.
- **Keeping records** of client transactions and interactions.
- **Assisting in the development** of client service policies and standards.
- **Upselling or cross-selling products** and services to improve customer satisfaction.
- **Conducting business reviews** to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.
- **Providing regular updates** to clients on the progress of customer service projects.
- **Collaborating with internal teams** to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
