**Key Responsibilities**:Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective lead generation, nurturing, and conversion across all channels (online/offline).
**Team Leadership**:
- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Managers, Executives, and Advisors.
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
- Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews, and motivation initiatives.
**Project Sales Management**:
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure smooth customer journey.
- Conduct site visits, sales launches, and customer engagement events.
**Revenue & Reporting**:
- Own P&L responsibility for the sales division or assigned project(s).
- Provide accurate and timely MIS reports, sales forecasts, and analysis to senior leadership.
- Optimize pricing strategies, payment plans, and inventory movement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8-15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and digital sales tools.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹11,145.88 - ₹54,558.80 per month
