**GoEx Freight Solutions Pvt. Ltd **is dealing into logistics which is basically a technology-driven Full Truck Load (FTL) logistic solution provider. Servicing more than 500 cities in India. We have more than 100 customers, 10000 vendors and 1 Lakh vehicles registered on the platform and also own 120 vehicles of our own. The company is more than 15 years old and we have been awarded by Logistic Skill Council of India as one of India’s best technologies driven logistic solution providers.

Qualification - Any Graduate

Job Description
- 1. Develop and finalize Business Development strategy for Area /Territory. Provide guidance to Area on profile of Customers to be approached for business development.

2. Develop Annual Business Development plan by month by area and region in consultation with concerned Area In-Charge/GM /CEO

3. Make monthly Sales plan by Area and ensure it aligns with Annual and Quarterly plan.

4. Coordinate with GM- Sales & Marketing/ team at Area level for the day to day activities on Business development and its reporting. Planning business meeting for GM/CEO for High Volume customers for better understanding/synergy.

5. Develop and maintain relations with Customers

6. Identify and participate in Tenders in consultation with HO.

7. Do monthly and quarterly review on actuals vs budgets and covering business development and initiate corrective actions

8. Periodically initiate action to on-board lost accounts or Customers.

9. Do root cause analysis on challenges and issues in relation to Business development / customers.

10. Maintain market intelligence on rates and on competition.

11. Plan and finalize recruitment plan with GM and CEO to increase coverage in existing and new territories.

12. Any other task assigned by the Management.
- 1. Should have experience of at least 12/15 yrs. in Business development of FTL/ODC in at least two Areas /Regions.

2. Should have sound knowledge of tapping Customers from Organized Industrial Customers

3. Should possess good oral and written communication skills.
