We are seeking a passionate Sales and Marketing Executive who will play a key role in reaching out to students, promoting our services, and expanding our student community.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Outreach**: Develop and implement strategies to attract students to our training programs.
- **Market Research**: Understand student needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Lead Generation**: Plan and execute campaigns to generate interest among potential students.
- **Student Engagement**: Build relationships with students, guiding them through our offerings to help them choose the right courses for their career goals.
- **Promotion and Branding**: Organize and manage events, workshops, and online campaigns to increase Redversity’s visibility among students.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with instructors and the course development team to ensure marketing efforts reflect the strengths of our programs.
- **Performance Reporting**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and student enrollment numbers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
