**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the business development team in researching and gathering data on industry trends and client needs.
- Participate in lead generation activities, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales pitches and presentations.
- Maintain and update client database, ensuring accuracy in CRM systems.
- Assist in creating and following up on proposals and contracts with guidance from senior team members.
- Provide support in tracking sales metrics and preparing reports on sales performance and trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and interest in learning about business development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to adapt and stay proactive in a dynamic work environment.
