The _**Junior System Administrator **_position, reports directly to the Technical Team Lead, investigates, and resolves elementary software and hardware issues remote support with assistance from seasoned engineers.

The _**Junior Helpdesk System Administrator**_ is also responsible for service request management, working directly with the enterprise end users assisting in support and implementation of technology solutions.

**Education and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (only Btech (all streams) /BCA/MCA/BSc. IT/BA IT)
- Minimum one year of experience in dealing with international clients
- Experience of working with teams of English-speaking countries

**Responsibilities**
- Troubleshooting on Desktops
- Troubleshooting on Microsoft office 365, firewall and mail servers
- Monitoring backups
- Troubleshooting networks, virtualization, and windows servers
- Experience in customer service or technical support role
- Strong written and oral communication skills (Must have)
- Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation including night shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹33,412.60 per month
