Role/ Position - IT System Administrator

Job Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Job Description We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage IT infrastructure, including databases, computer equipment, firewalls, networking (LAN, WAN), CCTV Cameras, malware, and software and hardware.
- Good experience in Active Directory with Windows Server and Operating System.
- Cloud server management (oracle, NxtGen, G-suite and O365 admin Portal)
- AWS Management and AV Server management
- VM Ware Installation and Management
- Backup management, NAS management, System management
- Centralized hosting management
- Backup management cloud and local
- Collaborate with IT staff to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of all systems.
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
- Monitor the system daily and respond promptly to any security breaches or usability concerns.
- Perform regular backups of systems and conduct system upgrades as needed.
- Manage Software tools, licenses and upgrades across all environments.
- Able to solve user problems and document the solutions.
- Desktop Support-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, IT helpdesk, remote support etc.
- Advance troubleshooting skills and resolution
- Ticket management with escalation and service level reporting.
- Root Cause Analysis.
- IT procurement, internet, MPLS
- Open-source OS Ticket management

Experience - 4+Years

Qualification
- Bachelors in Computer / IT
- Diploma in Computer / IT
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or MCSA will be highly regarded

Working hour - 2pm to 11pm (Monday to Friday)

Language - English, Hindi
