**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Management**:

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Ensure system performance and uptime by performing regular updates and maintenance.
- **Network Administration**:

- Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement and manage VPNs for secure remote access.
- **Security**:

- Implement and manage security policies, procedures, and technologies to protect systems and data.
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- **User Support**:

- Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Train staff on new technologies and software as needed.
- **Backup and Recovery**:

- Develop and manage backup and recovery plans.
- Perform regular data backups and test recovery procedures.
- Ensure data integrity and availability in case of system failures.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Create and update user manuals and training materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or similar.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Knowledge of database management (SQL, MySQL).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
