**Position: Client Call Handler**

**Location**: Remote
**Employment Type**: Full-time / Night Shift

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Professionally handle incoming client calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate information about our services to potential and existing clients.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Document and update client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proficient in English (required)**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and convey complex information clearly.
- **Basic IT Knowledge (Training Provided)**:

- Familiarity with basic IT and website-related concepts.
- **Sales Call Experience (Minimum 6 Months)**:

- Proven experience in handling sales calls or a similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to manage client expectations and close sales effectively.

- **Professionalism**: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients.
