
Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information, or resolve issues.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while assisting customers.
- Resolve complaints by identifying problems and offering suitable solutions.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets set by management.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [language required, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language].
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software (preferred).
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
**Experience**
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
