Customer Care Executive

We are in search of dynamic individuals with excellent communication skills and proficiency in two distinct languages (Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil) for our client's Inbound Customer Care Executive position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Address customer queries and fulfill requests pertaining to our services.
- Provide outstanding customer service by comprehending and meeting customer requirements.
- Work during rotational day shifts (8 am to 9 pm), accumulating a total of any 9 hours.
- Adhere to a 6-day working schedule with rotating weekly offs.
**Added Benefits**:
- Alternatively, a 5000 INR joining bonus will be included in the 1st month's salary.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Graduates from any field
- Age criteria: 18 - 29 years
- Should be fluent in English with any 2 southern languages
Compensation:
- Annual CTC: 180,000 to 216,000 INR.
- Take-home salary: 12,750 to 14,500 INR per month plus incentives.
