**Responsibilities**:
1. Print Collateral and Merchandising:

- Assist in the creation and distribution of print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional merchandise.
- Coordinate with vendors for the production of marketing materials.

2. Event Support:

- Contribute to the planning and execution of offline events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Assist in logistics, set-up, and coordination during events.

3. In-Store Promotions:

- Collaborate with retail partners to implement in-store promotions and ensure brand consistency.
- Assist in the development of point-of-sale materials.

4. Offline Advertising:

- Contribute to the creation and placement of traditional advertising, such as newspaper ads, billboards, door 2 door and radio spots.
- Monitor the performance of offline advertising efforts.

5. Market Research:

- Conduct research to identify local market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for offline brand visibility.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance offline marketing strategies.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team and other relevant departments to align offline marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Result oriented and Energetic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
