We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recovery Agent to join our tea.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities Contact customers with overdue accounts to negotiate payment plans and settlements.Conduct field visits to meet with customers and collect payments.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payment activities.

Work to resolve customer disputes and billing issues.

Adhere to all legal and company policies regarding debt collection.

Achieve monthly recovery targets and goals.

Collaborate with the legal team for cases requiring further action.

Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.Qualifications and Skills Education:
Minimum of 12th pass. A graduate degree is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in collections, sales, or a related field is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.Good problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Familiarity with the local area and proficiency in the local language (Hindi/Rajasthani).

Basic computer skills for maintaining records.

Requirements:Valid driver's license and access to a two-wheeler.

A smartphone with access to navigation and communication apps.
