Role Description:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Field Collections (Personal Loans) to strengthen our recovery operations in Odisha. The role involves managing and guiding a team of field collection executives, driving achievement of monthly recovery and resolution targets, and handling escalated personal loan cases through on-ground visits and negotiations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive field experience, and a solid understanding of personal loan recovery strategies and local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive collections for Personal Loan portfolios across assigned Rajasthan territories.
  • Lead and monitor a team of collection executives/field agents to achieve monthly recovery and resolution targets.
  • Handle delinquent and overdue accounts, ensuring effective follow-ups and negotiations for payment recovery.
  • Coordinate with legal, credit, and sales teams for settlement and escalation cases.
  • Analyze portfolio performance, identify risk trends, and take preventive actions to reduce NPAs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and fair collection practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local agencies, field partners, and customers to enhance collection efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 4–8 years of experience in retail or SME loan collections, preferably with NBFCs, Banks, or Fintechs.
  • Strong knowledge of the Rajasthan market and local languages.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
