**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for company growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing suitable solutions/services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for business expansion.
- Present products/services to potential clients in a persuasive manner.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role during the probation period.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

**Probation Period**:30 days
- The initial 30 days will be a probationary period to assess performance and suitability for the role. During this time, the position will involve fieldwork.

**Stipend Pay**: Rs.5,250(Only for first 30 days)

**OJT Incentive Pay**:5% of sale value

**Fixed Salary**:Rs.22,000
