Klymate is a growing renewable energy company specializing in **solar panel installations** for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are on a mission to help customers reduce electricity costs and shift towards sustainable energy solutions.
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain solar solutions.
- Generate leads and maintain a pipeline of interested clients.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide product information.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/lead tracker regularly.
- Achieve monthly targets related to calls, leads, and appointments.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure follow-ups.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years of telecalling / telemarketing experience** (preferably in sales, renewable energy, or service industry).
- Good communication skills in **Tamil & English** (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
