**Job Purpose**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Facility Management & General Administration Facilities Management and addressing complaints.
- Asset Management
- Cafeteria Management
- Agreements and AMC
- Hotel Tie-Up
- Annual Health Check up
- Procurement and Maintenance
- Monthly Provisions
- Capitalization of assets
- Statutory Compliance Management
- Cost Monitoring Budgets vs Actuals
- New Vendor Introduction
- Drive departmental safety initiatives.
- Employee Engagement events
- Coordinating with Govt officials

1) Provide service as per SLAs on monthly basis
2) Audit of the cafeteria equipment's on monthly basis and data to be shared
3) Weekly rounds to be taken of the facility and highlight the issues
4) Timely closure of all the Agreements and AMCs

**Key Interactions**

Internal - All employees of the organization
External - Various external agencies like hotels, vendors, Govt officials

**Role Requirements / Specifications**

**Qualifications - Graduate**

Previous Experience - Essential
- 1-2 years of experience in Facility Management and General Administration Desired
- In the relevant field of administration of other companies
