Securities Services (SeS) provides custody, clearing, settlement and fund services to global custodians, broker/dealers, and prime brokers as well as buy-side firms and other institutional clients.

**Your key responsibilities**
Sales Support/ Client pitches:
- Marketing Materials: Updated decks, pitch books with latest information on product offering across Securities Services offering of Trustee, Custody and Fund Administration.
- RFP/RFI/ Client Due Diligence: Responses to questions relating from Bank Information to Product details to Systems which form part of the document.
- Information repository: To liaise and build rapport with the internal stakeholders in each market i.e. Product Management, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, CRM, Audit, ESG, Financial Crime, CISO, Insurance, Audit etc. to ensure most up to date information.
- Client Briefing Notes: Standardize information on what is available in public domain information (client website, annual reports etc) and any key aspects to reach out to the relevant Sales personnel.
- Call Reports: Support on any follow-up/actionable post client meeting and any clarifications to be provided.
- SIBOS/ TNF: Support during key sales and networking events with preparation of briefing notes, content management etc.
- Events: Updated client repository for any client events
Post sales support:
- Implementation: Support the DB branches on implementation of the deal by being Project Owner and liaising with the various stakeholders
- Fee Schedules: Track that the in-country billing is undertaken as per the fee schedules.
- Deep-dive sessions: Facilitate to understand client feedback, lessons learnt, outline actionable initiatives, assign responsibilities & timelines, track progress in case of any mandates lost, as well as if mandate won, what worked well to replicate.
- MIS: Compile sales related MIS support for each country sales team in terms of win/loss analysis, target vs actual performance, sales pipeline, cross-sell, etc.
Support on Knowledge management, research, and MIS.
- Standardize Client materials: Create a repository of sales material for clients requiring Regional level and in-country level information by leveraging on past submissions while refreshing to ensure the content is still valid
- Look and feel of Sales Material: Validate accuracy and quality of information, adherence to internal marketing guidelines, disclaimers on a frequent basis for each country.
- Information for the in-country sales teams: Conduct external industry research such as IPO pipeline, Investment trends, market trends, competition insights, etc. to equip the sales teams.

**Your skills and experience**
- Desired background: Postgraduate with 7-10 years' experience in Financial Services
- Experience in working on Sales Support, Management Consulting, Advisory, CEO’s office, Strategy and implementation would be preferred.
- Excellent power point presentation preparation skills
- Proficiency in other MS office tools such as Excel, Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in conducting and driving meetings with senior stakeholders (CXOs level) and global teams.
- A willingness to be flexible to meet changing work priorities and tasks, with an ability to manage a high workload, work independently and plan your work to meet deadlines.
- An eye for detail, identify data discrepancies and exceptional problem-solving skills.
