**Job Description: Guest Relations Associate**

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Outreach**:

- Respond promptly to event inquiries and provide relevant information to potential clients.
- Maintain a well-organized database of leads and track interactions for follow-up communication.

**2. Social Media Management**:

- Create and curate engaging content (posts, stories, and reels) for Sal Woods’ social media pages to enhance visibility and attract new guests.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.

**3. Guest Feedback Management**:

- Interact with guests during and after their stay to gather feedback and ensure a delightful experience.
- Maintain records of feedback and share actionable insights with the team to improve services.

**4. Administrative Duties**:

- Use MS Office tools to prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions, feedback, and social media performance.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and handling other administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; additional certifications in hospitality, marketing, or communication will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- A customer-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under mínimal supervision.
