**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Guest Relation Executive (Female)** who will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The role requires excellent communication, a pleasing personality, and the ability to create a warm and professional guest experience while supporting the sales team with client coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet clients/visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle client inquiries and direct them to the concerned department/person.
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are presentable at all times.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in client handling, documentation, and appointment management.
- Assist in organizing in-house events, activities, and client engagement programs.
- Maintain records of client visits, feedback, and escalations.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Confident, presentable, and proactive personality.
- Good organizational & multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Management preferred).
- 1-4 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service.
