Immediate hiring - **International Voice Process**

Job Location - Chennai

First 2 months **WFH** then WFO

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle the calls from customers in different countries
- Solve customer issues and queries

Salary upto 4LPA

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 Yr of Experience in International Voice
- Experience in technical support role is plus
- CCNA certification is plus
- Meraki/Forticlient certification is plus

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent in communication. Spoken, written and rapport building
- Good to excellent knowledge in networking, OS systems with analytical skills
- Good knowlegde of peripheral devices (cables and routing) and broadband technologies
- Good knowledge of firewall, Access points and routers
- Configuration and troubleshooting - routers, firewalls, wireless access-points

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
