Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for the role of Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and resolving issues over voice calls for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers (US/UK market).
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve product/service-related issues efficiently.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
  • Meet performance goals, such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (BPO/Call Center).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed (minimum 30 WPM preferred).
  • Comfortable working in night shifts (US/UK time zone).
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Undergraduate candidates are also welcome to apply.

  • Experience with CRM tools or call centre software.
  • Customer-first attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
