We are looking to hire an Intern for our Events & Merchandising Sales team. Mentioned below are the job responsibilities.
1. Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify and qualify potential customers from databases or through cold calling.
Follow up with leads and nurture them to convert into sales opportunities.
Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation or sales conversion.
2. Customer Engagement:
Answer inquiries about products, services, or promotions in a professional and courteous manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
3. Sales and Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and offers.
Promote and recommend the company’s products or services to potential customers.
Assist the sales team with sales strategies and provide necessary customer insights.
4. Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution:
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Gather customer feedback and relay important insights to the relevant teams for improvement.
Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in the database.
Ensure that customer data is updated regularly and properly organized.
6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on telecalling activities and performance metrics.
Track performance against assigned targets (calls made, leads converted, sales closed).
Analyze call outcomes and suggest improvements to achieve better results.
7. Compliance & Process Adherence:
Follow telecalling scripts and adhere to the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including Do Not Disturb (DND) norms.
Ensure confidentiality and privacy of customer data at all times.
8. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve lead conversion.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for sales strategies.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
