**Job Title**: Event Operations Intern

**Department**: Head of demand gen (Outbound)

**Reports To**: Head of demand gen

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Registration Management**:

- Assist in setting up and managing event registration systems.
- Coordinate attendee communication and provide support for registration inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of registrations and payments.

**Event Day Operations**:

- Support the setup and breakdown of event venues.
- Assist with on-site event coordination, including attendee check-in, troubleshooting, and liaising with vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service to event participants and stakeholders.

**General Support**:

- Help with administrative tasks related to event planning and execution.
- Conduct research and gather information to support event logistics.
- Collaborate with the event team on various projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, but not necessarily, media background will also work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
